GPS Kids – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

By signing up or participating in any GPS Kids program, you agree to these terms:

1. Class Participation

Our programs are open to children aged 7–14. To ensure a safe and productive learning environment, parent registration and supervision are required for all participants.

2. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to demonstrate respectful and positive behavior towards instructors and fellow students. Disruptions that negatively impact the learning experience may lead to immediate removal from the program without a refund.

3. Payments

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments for GPS Kids programs are non-refundable. In the event of a class cancellation by GPS Kids, we will make every effort to reschedule the class or offer an alternative arrangement.

4. Media Release

With parental consent, photos, video recordings, or testimonials featuring participants may be used by GPS Kids for promotional and educational purposes. You will have the option to opt out of this media release during registration or at any time by contacting us.

5. Content Use

All materials, curriculum, and content provided by GPS Kids are copyrighted and are the intellectual property of GPS Kids. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without explicit written permission.

6. Safety

We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our students. While we implement safety measures, parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s overall well-being and conduct during program participation.

7. Changes

GPS Kids reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided to participants via email or through prominent notice on our website.
